House Rules

Everything you need to know. Short version: rank once, one decision every Thursday, scoring by aired episodes only.

Leagues & pricing

  • Leagues need at least 3 members. Weekly Fantasy leagues cap at 8 (each houseguest is drafted exclusively, so the cast size limits the field); Set & Forget leagues can hold up to 15 (houseguests can be shared across managers).
  • Private league: $10 flat. One organizer pays, invites friends with a link, they join free. The organizer is commissioner: sets the draft deadline, can remove no-shows before the draft, and settles rare disputes.
  • Public league: free. Anyone with an account can join an open public league of strangers, no entry fee. Public leagues are created by us and you can jump into any open one before its lock. Donations are welcome but never required.
  • The fee is a service fee only. We never hold or pay out prize money. Side wagers are your league's business, run entirely off-platform. The winner gets standings glory and a champion badge.

Two ways to play

When you create a league you pick its style. Everyone in the league plays the same way, and the rules below differ by style. Leagues can start at any point in the season.

1. Weekly Fantasy: the draft

  • No live draft, no scheduling. Every member ranks the full cast, editable until the deadline.
  • At the deadline, draft order is randomized and a 2-round snake draft executes instantly. Each pick takes your highest-ranked houseguest still available, so you end up with 2, and houseguests are exclusive (only one manager per league can own each).
  • Never submitted a ballot? You draft with the default list order. Nobody blocks the draft.
  • Undrafted houseguests, including surprise late entrants, form the waiver pool.
  • Then it's the weekly loop: each Thursday you set a 2× captain, make an eviction prediction (+5 if right), and file waiver claims to replace an evicted houseguest. All locked at 8PM ET.

2. Set & Forget: pick 4, then relax

  • Pick any 4 houseguests. No drafting, no stealing. Everyone can pick anyone, so two managers can both roster the same houseguest.
  • Your #1 pick is your Captain and scores 2× points for the entire season. The roster page marks them with a ©.
  • That's the only decision you make. No weekly captains, no predictions, no waivers. Picks lock at the Thursday deadline and your team is set for the season.
  • If one of your 4 is evicted, they simply stop scoring and there are no replacements. Most cumulative points at the finale wins.
  • Never picked? You get a default team of the first four available houseguests.

The Thursday 8PM ET lock (and why)

Every decision (captain, eviction prediction, waiver claim) locks at Thursday 8:00 PM ET, the moment the live show starts. That's the only time all season when feed watchers and episode-only viewers know exactly the same things. Feeds spoil results days early; locking at the live show means feed watchers get zero edge on decisions. West Coast: the lock is ET regardless of your airtime.

The weekly loop

  • Captain (2×):designate one of your houseguests to earn double points this week. Defaults to last week's captain if you forget.
  • Eviction prediction (+5): call who walks out at the live show. No prediction, no bonus.
  • Waivers:if your houseguest was evicted, claim a replacement. Priority is reverse standings. Rosters never die until the pool runs dry late-season, when rosters shrink naturally (your captain still applies to whoever's left).
  • Trades: one member-to-member trade window at jury formation, both sides confirm. No continuous trading.

Scoring

All points are awarded for events as they air in CBS episodes. Live feed events never count. Captains earn 2× on everything below. Evicted houseguests stop scoring (a twist return resumes it). Late entrants score from the week they enter, with no retroactive survival points.

Won HOH+10
Won Veto+5
Won BB Blockbuster+5
Nominated-3
Saved by Veto+5
Survived the Week+5
Won Twist/Luxury Comp+5
Made Jury+10
America's Favorite Player+20
3rd Place+20
Runner-Up+40
Won Big Brother+60
Correct eviction prediction (you, not your houseguest)+5

Tiebreaker: most correct eviction predictions, then most HOH wins by your roster, then commissioner coin flip.

Public leagues

  • Free to join, no entry fee, just an account. Up to 8 players for Weekly Fantasy, up to 15 for Set & Forget.
  • Join any open public league before its Thursday lock. At the lock it drafts (Weekly) or locks teams (Set & Forget). A public league needs at least 3 players by its lock to start; if it doesn't fill, it simply doesn't run.

Edge-case rulings

  • All scoring is based solely on events as aired in CBS episodes. Live feed events never count, full stop.
  • Houseguest removed or expelled: they stop scoring and their owner gets a waiver claim.
  • Double eviction weeks: both evictions and any extra comps count in that week's scoring.
  • Twist-based scoring calls (Unlocked audience votes, etc.) use the twist/comp catch-all (+5).

Refunds

All sales are final. The $10 fee is charged when your league is created and your invite link is delivered on the spot, so there are no refunds after that, including if your league never fills or never drafts. If something breaks on our end, like a double charge, email us and we'll make it right.
