What this is
On The Block Fantasy is a fantasy-league companion app for the CBS show Big Brother. The $10 private-league payment is a service fee for using the app: automated drafting, weekly picks, and scoring. It is not an entry fee into any prize pool. Public leagues are free.
No gambling, no prizes
We never hold, collect, or pay out prize money, and league standings carry no monetary award from us. Any side wagers among league members are private arrangements made entirely off-platform, at your own responsibility and subject to your local laws.
Refunds
All sales are final. The fee is charged when your league is created and your invite link is delivered immediately, so no refunds are issued after purchase, including for leagues that never fill or never draft. Billing errors (such as a duplicate charge) will be corrected: email us.
Fair play
Scoring decisions follow the published rules; edge cases are settled by the app admin (public leagues) or your commissioner (private leagues), and those calls are final. We may remove accounts that abuse the service.
The service
Provided as-is during a paid beta season. We aim for accuracy and uptime but don't guarantee either; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us. Not affiliated with CBS, Paramount, or the Big Brother production.
